I agree. The normal downloading process doesn’t seem to be working.
Are you sure you’re installing to the right folder? It’s not in the main game folder, as you might know. Search your computer for the folder “user_scenarios”. Otherwise, no idea what’s not working.
The endorsers and primaries are still 2012.
